With over 20 years of experience manufacturing cylindrical brushes for the horticultural and produce industry, we have deep expertise in the diverse applications and processes required by this sector and its machinery.

Cylindrical Brushes

We have developed a standard range of cost-effective, fast-delivery cylindrical brushes tailored to the fruit and vegetable industry.

These are modular cylindrical brushes: individual modules interlock to form the desired total length.

Bases/modules are kept in stock and assembled with your choice of bristles: natural or synthetic fibers, varying in density and trim.
This flexibility allows us to meet any need in fruit and vegetable processing, including:
- Washing, drying, and polishing all types of produce:
  Tomatoes, oranges, onions, peppers, melons, watermelons, peaches, potatoes, apples, persimmons, mangoes, garlic, etc.

Diameter Range:

Minimum diameter with bristles: 60mm (smaller diameters available upon request)
Maximum diameter with bristles: 500mm

Through-hole design (without end caps): Allows direct mounting onto shafts for rotation.

Latex Washers

Latex washers for processing machines used after washing fruits and vegetables. Made of 100% latex foam, they complement brushes on fruit and other vegetable conditioning lines.

Latex washers are typically used for drying citrus fruits and fruit to remove water. We have food certification for the manufacture of latex brushes and washers.

We produce various outer diameters and inner shaft sizes.

The inner diameter of the latex washers must be 5 mm smaller than the diameter of the shaft of the fruit and vegetable brushes.
