Industrial interior cleaning brushes covered with metallic, synthetic or natural fibers, consisting of a galvanized steel twist and a threaded brass fitting at one end.
Brushes designed toclean, dust, smooth, deburr, remove rust in hard-to-reach areas and interior surfaces (tubes). They are used in industry, general mechanics.

Industrial interior cleaning brushes coated with steel, brass, stainless steel and nylon fibers. They consist of a galvanized steel swivel and a steel fitting at one end.
The superior internal cleaning brushes are intended for cleaning internal tubes, removing deposits on the walls (incrustations, limescale, superficial oxidation, etc.) and deburring.

These brushes are used for many different purposes – not just cleaning tubes, screens, sleeves and cylinders. The internal brushes regulate the speed of the current in the piping systems. They are similar to double spiral tube brushes for deburring cross bores etc.
Mechanical application
Use the brush only with the maximum recommended peripheral speed (max RPM). The maximum RPM are only allowed when the brush is clamped min. by 10 mm on the tool. When the planer is inserted into the proper work piece, higher RPMs are possible. Only use the brush turning to the right.
Double spiral brushes (on request)
Double spiral brushes are mainly used for the treatment of larger diameters or for the treatment of hard materials. A double spiral is more stable and has a higher resistance to unwinding. Therefore, the brushes can be exposed to higher loads.
